Ingenious use of space in this tech savvy Nob Hill high-rise flat was the prime focus of this project. Storage was virtually nonexistent and creativity with space saving, custom cabinetry was essential as to not infringe on square footage or perception of room size. Conquering this challenge meant infusing the flat with custom, soft close, flush inset cabinets adorned with customized hardware and LED in-cabinet lighting.

The living/kitchen/dining areas were enhanced with metallic faux painted ceilings, a built-in, back-lit mini bar and a stunning custom armoire in regal blue which stole the show. All bathrooms and closets were updated with shelving and cabinetry, and designer wall paper.

The original guest bedroom was transformed in to a tech-lover’s dream. A fully equipped working area with flush in-set portals on the desk top for charging stations, internet and more. Working, reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying the views, this multi-functional room was a huge success.
